As a personal trainer I have been asked questions from ‘will doing 100 crunches a day give me a six pack?’ to ‘how can I boost my strength?’ and everything in between. It’s my job to answer these and many other questions about getting and staying fit.

As the name implies a personal trainer focus on you as an individual and your well-being. If he has 100 clients each one must get the trainer undivided attention for the time they are with him. I have seen trainers who are on the phone with other clients or conducting personal business when they should be training their clients. That’s not giving 100 % of their attention to their clients.

When choosing a trainer check their track record and their background. Give them a test run for a period of time . If you are not satisfied get another. Don’t waste your time with someone who is all about themselves.
