I wrote the following post over a year ago and I still find the information useful today. As a personal trainer, I take pride in seeing the results that a good exercise program will do for those who want to get in shape.

A lot of you were embarrassed this past summer with the jiggly belly and weak muscles. Starting today . . . let’s change that. No more baggy clothes or covering up.

Keep your blood sugar levels in the normal range by exercising correctly

We all know that exercise is a ‘must’ if we want to prevent pre-diabetes. It has been shown in numerous studies that if you have any of the risk factors of diabetes – family history, being overweight or obese, sedentary life-style, age, ethnicity – the two best ways to deal with it, naturally, is by correcting your diet and starting a workout program.
