Sugar – We have become blind to the amount of sugar we ingest. This product is ubiquitous – it’s in most packaged foods we purchase. Over-consumption of sugar is one of the main causes for weight gain and diabetes.
Alcohol – If marketers have their way we would all consume more alcohol than we need to. Whether it’s a couple of glasses of wine after dinner or a few beers with the fellows, alcohol does add to the toxicity in our bodies.
Smoking – If you are a smoker there is no need to explain why you need to quit. Nicotine and other poisons can lead to many health issues – with compromised breathing chief among them.
Poor diet – Consumption of overly processed foods made with unnatural additives will cause us to store unwanted toxins in our bodies.
